Some journeys are too big for a single destination. Luxara Holidays plans international tours that link several cities and countries into one smooth trip, from classic UK and Europe circuits and Scandinavian fjords to long-haul adventures across the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Choose guided sightseeing with local experts at every stop or a fully customised itinerary built around your interests, budget and pace. Either way, your flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing and visa guidance are planned together by one dedicated team.
Europe is made for multi-country travel. Begin in London, cross to Paris, ride mountain railways in the Swiss Alps and finish among the art and architecture of Italy, or head east to Vienna, Prague and Budapest. Further north, Scandinavia pairs dramatic Norwegian fjords with the colourful harbours of Copenhagen and Stockholm, and the winter months bring the chance to see the northern lights. We plan your route, rail and flight connections, hotels and guided city tours, and help with the Schengen and UK visas your itinerary needs.
Long-haul holidays reward careful planning. In the USA, combine New York and Washington DC with the West Coast and national parks such as the Grand Canyon, then add Niagara Falls, Toronto and the Canadian Rockies for a complete North American holiday. Down under, pair Sydney, Melbourne and the Great Barrier Reef with New Zealand's Queenstown, Milford Sound and Rotorua. Because these trips cover great distances, we plan internal flights, road journeys and stopovers so you spend more time exploring and less time in transit, and we guide you through each country's visa process.
Some of the most rewarding tours link two neighbouring countries. Singapore and Malaysia combine Gardens by the Bay and Sentosa with Kuala Lumpur's Petronas Towers and the beaches of Langkawi or Penang. Azerbaijan and Georgia pair Baku's Flame Towers and walled Old City with Tbilisi's sulphur baths, Caucasus mountain views and Georgian wine country. We also plan tours that include Kazakhstan and Turkey, from the mountains around Almaty to Istanbul and the fairy chimneys of Cappadocia. These shorter-haul tours suit families, couples and groups who want variety without long travel days.
We plan the order of countries, cities and nights so your route flows naturally, without backtracking or wasted days.

On a guided tour, sightseeing at each stop is led by local guides on a planned itinerary, which is ideal for first-time travellers. A customised tour is built around your own dates, pace and interests: you choose the countries, hotels and activities, and we can still add guided city tours wherever you want them.
It depends on the time you have. On a ten- to twelve-day Europe tour, three or four countries is comfortable; trying to fit in more usually means long days on the road. We help you balance travel time with time to enjoy each place.
Most of continental Europe, including France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria and the Scandinavian countries, is covered by a single Schengen visa. You apply to the country where you will spend the most nights, or to your first country of entry if the nights are equal. The UK is not part of the Schengen Area and needs a separate UK visa.
Start as soon as your travel dates are firm. Appointment availability for Schengen, UK, US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand visas changes with the season, and US visa appointment waiting times in India can be long, so we recommend planning long-haul tours well in advance.
Schengen visa applicants must hold travel medical insurance with cover of at least 30,000 euros for their whole stay. For other destinations it may not be mandatory, but we strongly recommend travel insurance for every international tour.
For Europe and Scandinavia, May to September brings long days and the best sightseeing weather, while winter suits Christmas markets and northern lights trips. The USA and Canada are popular from May to October. In Australia and New Zealand the seasons are reversed, so December to February is summer.
