Yes. Airlines usually treat ten or more passengers travelling together on the same route and date as a group booking. Group fares come with their own terms for deposits, name submission and payment deadlines, which we explain and manage for you. For smaller groups, we book everyone on the same flights wherever seats are available.

A multi-city or open-jaw ticket lets you fly into one city and return from another, or include several stops in one journey. For example, you could fly from Chennai to Singapore and return home from Kuala Lumpur, travelling between the two by road or air.

Changes and cancellations depend on the fare rules of your ticket. Most airlines charge a change fee plus any difference in fare, and some low fares are non-refundable apart from applicable taxes and fees. Contact us as early as possible and we will process your request as per the airline's policy. Refund timelines depend on the airline and the payment method used.
