Yes. We provide visa assistance and travel documentation guidance. Visa approval remains at the discretion of the embassy or consulate, so we recommend starting the process well before your travel dates.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or through our customer support team. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policies of the airlines, hotels and other service providers involved in your booking.
